Tempeff products employ DualCore® regenerative technology that offers up to 95% sensible and 70% latent heat recovery in winter without the need for a defrost strategy. Other available technologies offer a maximum of approximately 50% to 75% effectiveness under ideal circumstances, and much lower real effectiveness in colder temperatures due to frost. The DualCore® design is significantly more energy efficient in all conditions, thus payback periods are extremely attractive.
DualCorePlus™ technology offers up to 90% sensible heat recovery in winter, without the need for a defrost strategy and a significant reduction in the cooling load with up to 57% latent recovery in summer. This reduces capital costs while providing attractive paybacks and superior energy savings. With a maximum 450 FPM through the energy recovery cores, and a remarkable internal pressure drop of under an inch, this technology is sure to impress.
